Seems like a solid deal. It's usually $800+, although Americans get it for $250 USD on Amazon.

  • qhd is not good enough for 32inch panel

I like it better on 32" than 27", mainly because I sit further away from the screen.

"There is a catch however, and it is pretty significant. Put simply, the GM32-FQ is very slow, with average grey-to-grey response times north of 10ms, even using the fastest overdrive mode. This means it's not really possible to have a fluid gaming experience, as there is a lot of visible ghosting that creates a smeary overall picture."

Weird, the Tom's Hardware review doesn't say anything about that:

I don't see any Amazon reviews complaining about latency either.

TFTCentral has the most comprehensive review at the moment, and they do have some concerns about the performance of this model. I don't think it's cheap enough to warrant the risk over the Gigabyte M32Q. For those who live in Adelaide or Perth, Umart have the Gigabyte for $559, buy that instead.

They're one of the most reputable monitor reviewers, of which there are relatively few. Besides them, I would generally trust Rtings, PCmonitors.info and Hardware Unboxed, but they don't appear to have reviewed this model just yet.

      • Tom's Hardware give top marks to every monitor they come across. Their response times only ever show 7ms which is bizarre.

  • Got this the other day for what i thought was a decent price for the specs. I needed 3 for a sim rig so was looking for the lowest price with decent specs.

    How does this compare?
