Wow that was quick.
i dont really get the hype for these, they dont look much better than carman protein bars and you can get those a lot cheaper than clif bars
Bit hard to do direct comparison but overall less fat, more carbs, more fibre, more protein, added vitamins.
i just looked at two random clif bar and carmens protein bars side by side, the only thing going for clif is the carbs. the rest 'more' is because it's 1.5x the size. you can regularly get carmens bars at half price for ~2.5 for 5.
i dont eat either just wondering what the hype is since they always sell out instantly.
Clifs are also vegan which probably doesn't matter to most but is very important to some.
Clif Bars (68g) are much larger than Carman's Protein bar (40g)
Two different use cases. You dont need protein during exercise, you need carbs to fuel your muscles.
Protein is supposedly used to aid in muscle recovery post exercise but scientific studies say otherwise (dont tell the gym bros)
