Oh dear. Sounds like you might need some assistance with your rotary dial telephone as well. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PuYPOC-gCGA

      • No No! That was a wonderful development… didn't have to wait for the exchange to put you through.
Whoever came up with the idea of letters on the dial was a genius!
        I mean to say…. dial B U T C H E R for chops and sausages, G R E E N S for vegetables, and W I N K W I N K for the massage parlour… can't get simpler than that!
Things started to go wrong when they brought in those push buttons.

Day at the cricket radio. Perfect !

  • Is this just for the nostalgia factor? Assume everyone else that wants radio just uses phone app?

Anyone seen spotify's new daily playlists. Mix of music and news delivered each day… so radio. Coming full circle!

    • Well seeing as my Telstra NBN drops out at least 20 times a day a radio isn't such a silly idea

    • Needed one today when I was at the beach. Wanted to listen to the cricket and had bugger all reception.
