OurDeal and Uniquely Household poor form

Hi recently bought the 'fleecie's' deal from ourdeal who was selling on behalf of uniquely household but, neither are getting back to me? i noticed that one fleecie had a defect in it and was wanting a refund/exchange

does this mean my money is lost?

    Should give the customer support a call at OurDeal - that would be the fastest route to getting your fleecie problem resolved

    If you purchased with credit/debit card you are eligible for buyer protection and a refund from VISA/MasterCard. Call your bank and insist on opening a dispute (chargeback) after a few weeks you will be refunded.
