Can I post a new deal for 32gig,……..

Recently purchased some of these from another retailer. They run out of steam quickly. So transfer speeds both read and write don’t stay quick for longer. Write speed was around 50MB then after around 20 seconds dropped to 20MB until copy was complete.

Very helpful to know. Write speeds are so important to know when transferring data, and so often hidden in the fine print.

    • I find Sandisk Ultra range of flash drives and memory cards tend to have mediocre write speed. If you want both good read and write speeds, you need to get their Extreme range.

    • yep these are pretty crap, I have a stack of them as I think of them as cheap disposable garbage that if I forget them on a customer site I won't be upset or desperate to go back and find. But as long as you don't need high speed they are good enough.

I think I bought one of these in 2002.

        He owns a DeLorean…

    • Are you thinking 128MB?

    • May have been a Sandisk Cruzer Micro at that time.
Still have a 1GB stick hanging around.

  • Yeah bought a few 32gb, and when the cache is full it'll write at 20Mb, reads are good though.

  • Oos

  • ahh missed out, I remember buying the 32gb for $12 one year ago and 32gb just isn't enough. I need a larger drive for making images and transferring to a newer SSD

  • showing $19 and says delivery Feb 21 for me
