    It is a personaly preference of course. My recommendation: Coiled for portable, mobile use, straight for stationary or studio use.

    Of course, you can get the removable cable version and have both!

      Hmm that's OK, I was only getting the microphone because it was less than the headphones + shipping on its own. Can you not bring down the $29 shipping to be more in line with Amazon's $9 instead?

        To be fair, I don't think anyone can match Amazon shipping service. I believe they have their own delivery service.

          Yeah I know, but it seems a bum deal to be paying 3x as much, especially as the ad was originally worded to imply free shipping; I've pm'ed my location over, so will see if they can pull any rabbits out of their proverbial hats.

          Thank you for your message. I could not find the reply button, I am sorry (maybe because its almost midnight here). Anyway, I calculated the ATH-M50 on our site and it came to $28.56 including insurance (which we purchase for all international shipments). On the USPS website, it comes to $24.16 not including insurance (you can not buy insurace from the USPS on their website - we use an independent insurance company).

          So, we are charging within $1 as far as shipping goes. My apologies for the error earlier - it was a copy and paste from FB.

        The amount will differ with the model you buy because of insurance costs.

        All orders that were cleared from the last sale have shipped. The only ones not shipped are the M50 coiled, as they were backordered (and this was explained on the website before the order was placed). However, that shipment has arrived today and they are shipping today! All versions are now in stock!

    Got a pair from these guys a month or so ago, on the same deal.

    Great headphones. Got the straight cable version as I can stand up and walk around my room with them on and not feel and tension on the side that the cable is joined on to

    Had a little trouble paying for them on the site but I got there eventually.

    How does the warranty work with Audio Technica. Is it world wide or would you need to post back the the US. Headphonic are doing these for $159 delivered. $30 more isnt much considering thats what it would cost to ship them back to the US if there were any issues.

    On a side note - I really, really want these headphones. They are perfection in quality and price.

      I wish I could, but at this price, we have less than $10 margin on this item. From that $10, we have to pay all of the fixed expenses that go into processing an order (discount rate, packaging, labor, etc).
