Is there refunds available for those who purchased the recent 4090 siren build?

    • +1

      I don't know

      • +1

        I don't know either.

        • +1

          Don't know sorry.

    • +1

Price seems the same as before (the sale price and the current price with the 10% discount)

      • +1

Yep for sure, though the upgrades I paid for mine certainly work out much cheaper here by ~$200

        • +3

@BPC Technology should honour this, and refund you that difference if you haven't received your system.

          • +2

@Bmaca: It'd be great if they provided a partial refund for those who bought the 4090 system just a few days earlier. Definitely leaves a bit of a sour taste knowing I could have approximately saved $250 and gotten a better motherboard for a lower price increase if I waited a few days :(

            • @Mashewie: Did you pay with a credit card that compensates you for price drops?

      • +2

Yeah, Seems they raise the price by 10% and then give 10% discount

        • +2

Acturally we upgraded parts but keep same price, or dropped price further more.

e.g. 4090 build, 13400F for standard now. 12400F used in previous V1 version.
4080 build, complete new build with i7 12th Gen processor.
4070Ti build, cheaper price with upgraded case, come with 4 ARGB fans
3080 build, nothing changed but same promotion price
          6750XT and 3060Ti G6X build, brand new.

and YES, we do our best to protect customers who hasn't received their system yet but missed this deal!

          • @pearcekk: Do the 4 ARGB fans mean a cooler isn't needed?

              • @[Deactivated]: So I should add a cooler? For the 4070ti build. Completely out of my element here haha

                • @Heracles26: If you're not upgrading the cpu (12400f) it should come with a stock cooler.

            • +2

@Fungo Bungaloid: Looks like they have downgraded the CPU, was a 13400 now a 12400

  • +1

Can I swap this case to itx type? How much will be the cost? For the upgrade of ram (from 16G to 32G), may I know how it will be? 2 16G ram or just 4 8G ram? Thanks in advance.

Bet a few people here are experiencing buyer's regret now lol

  • +5

any chance we can get the i5-13400F like the previous 4070Ti deal?

    • +2

I'm keen on this too. Shame only option is to jump to i7

  • Some banging deals here. Title wasn't very catchy though and easy to miss.

  • I went with the 4070 Ti, with upgraded CPU, cooler, ram, and win11. Lots of chatter about the GPUs being overpriced at the moment but I'm keen for the PC now so it is what it is. Keen to get AI stuff hosted locally and play around.

  • Hey @BPC Technology, would it be possible to get a Kraken Power Syber GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 4090 Gaming PC built into a Hyte Y60 white case?
Would love to buy this system with that case and a white AIO

If you can, let me know how I can get an order in :)

  • +1

Any else have problems getting them to respond to emails? I've tried a couple of times when I see a deal posted that I'm interested. Last time I was just asking about a different case. I've tried different email accounts too. I never get a response from them.

Can anyone recommend any system builders in Sydney? I'd rather just pick the parts I want.

    • The rep here is usually pretty responsive but oddly not as much since this deal was posted

      • Yep I’m still to hear back from an email on the 18th. Normally very quick!

    • i tried sending a PM. I'm guessing they may be actually celebrating Chinese New Year holiday. Last day of the deal today, so hoping they pop up

  • What do people think of the 3060Ti’s PSU, GPU & PNY8GB memory? Can’t seem to find much on information on them?

  • +1

Has anyone used their Premium dispatch? I'm heading overseas with the pc and was wondering if the extra $50 for the 'extra secure packaging' is worth it?

    • I also have the same question…

And also keen to understand whether the Australia Post / Star Track options make any difference if anyone knows?

    • I chose it at checkout, as I don't want the machine to get damaged in transit, but had the same kind of thoughts running through my head… What's the actual difference?

  • +1

Any tech gurus care to comment on their $1259.1 options?

  • Hmm, was interested in this one "Siren Vortex Christmas GeForce RTX 4080 Gaming PC" - but with a different AIO cooler than is offered. Was hoping the rep was about to discuss/PM. Sounds like BPC are otherwise normally pretty good as a Company?

  • Hey anyone here that knows more than me, is $4.4k a good deal for the 4090 build with these upgrades?

    CPU Upgrade Option
Upgrade to Intel Core i7-13700F Processor

    Motherboard Options
Upgrade to STEEL LEGEND Z690 WiFi 6E

    Cooler Upgrade Option
Upgrade to Valkyrie GL240 Premium AIO Cooler

    RAM Upgrade Option
    Upgrade to 32GB DDR4 RAM

    SSD Upgrade Option
Upgrade to 1TB High Speed NVMe SSD

    Power Supply Upgrade Option
Upgrade to ATX 3.0 Platinum 1000W

    Case Upgrade Option
Upgrade to MSI VELOX 100P case

Or should I shell out more and go for better parts, for one I think the ram is dd4 for example.

Thanks just ordered the Siren Vortex Essential GeForce RTX 3060 Ti G6X Gaming PC, 12400F + RTX 3060 Ti G6X + 1TB SSD

    Looking forward to its arrival!

  • Hi team,

Just purchased the 3060Ti with some upgrades, just wondering when expected pick up for this system? Reason being is that I purchased this for my nephew and his birthday is 1st of Feb and seeing if we can make it it or I have to get him something else in the interim.

    Thank you,

    • Good luck 🤞 I'm getting the impression they're quite busy at the moment.

  • Yup, assuming they are busy. Tried rep, then enquiry link on the page, then eventually their email. Finally got a response today, but pretty much didnt answer the question asked, just pointed me back to the webpage. Strange given all the positive feedback I have seen. Looks like III miss this deal, and I guess they will miss a sale. lose/lose.

    • I'm with you on this. I've tried contacting multiple different ways and still nothing returned. Emailed my contact at Centrecom and got a response within 30min.

    • +1

Same here, unfortunately. Was expecting a bit more based on previous feedback here.

    • The code NY10 still valid somehow (I bought it today). In their website, there is Australia Day sale (using AUS10) which is exactly same as NY10 I guess. Hope this may help if u still want to buy from them. Btw, have to call them to confirm all the detail (just bit annoying) and can confirm they are busy as they told me shipping to NSW may take three weeks lol.

      • I brought 4070ti 10 days
ago told 3/5 days picking up still no updates

        • +1

Likewise.. Still awaiting an amended invoice to be sent. Seems like sales got ahead of production / customer support.

        • I ordered a 4070 ti build when this deal came and i just received an update saying build & QC has been completed so looks like 2 week build time

          • -1

            @thorpef1: And delivered today.
Can't complain around those timeframes for a custom built machine
