Cashback Cap: $20 cap per transaction

Stack with: $10 Amazon cashback challenge (spend $350 at Amazon)
Partial payment using gift card is fine for Amazon, so long as an eligible linked Westpac card is used for part of the purchase.

No you are not.
You have to use their card, can't use 10% off Amazon gift card
and I used 7.48% off Coles Prepaid MC to purchase those 10% off Amazon gift card gift cards.
you are worse off with Westpac.

    That's only the case if your gift card balance is lower than your payment amount.
    With Amazon, you can't select a specific amount to be deducted from your gift card balance.
