Get off your lazy ass and do some walking. These store's don't sell everything online so you won;t find it online. Just go instore and find it yourself.
2 to 3 bucks delivered if you order off Ebay. As the posters above mentioned, just walk into any of the cheapie shops and you can get one for under 5 bucks.
The dollar stores would be a better bet, if going for the true ozbargain way. Definitely less than a fiver.
Also, if I'm not mistaken, I've actually seen that on the Jaycar website. Mind you, that was ages ago. Admittedly, Jaycar's website is a bitch to search through, IMHO.
RCA quality actually changes sound quality, cheapest possible will likely get you…well you know.
Tevion set top box to dse branded tv, cheap cables should be fine in this instance..
Jaycar. Kmart. Sam's Warehouse. Woolworths. ~$5 I would have expected.
Buy a crappy $10 DVD player and you'd get one included for free.
