Dell 2407WFP 24" Widescreen Monitor $778.80 delivered

The Dell 2407WFP 24” widescreen monitor with Entertainment Pack* is currently on special for $999. This is a beautiful monitor and it comes with a 3 year advance exchange warranty. But don’t settle for just that!

Although this would normally be a great deal by itself (and was listed on OzBargain as such when the same deal was available back in May) when you throw in a $200 (pre-GST) Family and Friends discount code this deal becomes unbelievable! Just enter 3912431757E1 as the coupon code on checkout and the price comes down to $778.80!

And if you’re a MoneyBackCo member too (and why wouldn’t you be) - make sure you click to Dell from there to get your extra 3% money back!

*(The Entertainment Pack part means that it includes a Razor Diamondback Chameleon Gaming Mouse & Sennheiser PC131 Professional headset.)

That is one great deal, agarner!

Last time when we had Family and Friends deal (over here two months ago) it created quite a bit of stir (actually, blame Whirlpool/OCAU for that :) so I do not expect this code will stay up for very long!

Grab one ASAP if you can.

Thank Ozbargain for one of the greatest deal so far, muah…

But I think the MoneybackCo site doesnt work with this deal…

Because MoneyBackCo’s discount box is not displaying? The deal link is on dell.com.au domain, but MoneyBackCo’s discount is on dell.com domain, although it should work on all Dell AU purchases. I have just fixed the code so it should be displaying now.

Or maybe the Family and Friends discount does not work with the affiliation commission?

Sorry I have not tested it out.

Hi,

I’ve held back commenting on the moneyback until we had a confirmed purchase, which is a little difficult to identify as we only receive the moneyback amount for this campaign and no idea of what’s been purchased. But we now have at least one confirmed moneyback from this deal, and lots more for the same moneyback amount, which may or may not be this deal.

Remember, you don’t see the moneyback on the Dell site, you will see that in your MoneyBackCo account soon after purchase providing you ensure you click through the MoneyBackCo links and have 3rd party cookies enabled on your browser.

The more inches the better ;)
I’d get it in a snap if I had the money.

Hey. Come to think of it, I probably don’t need a 24 inch high definition LCD, but then again a Pentium 100MHz + 15” CRT, Windows 95 and Word 97 is good enough for most everyday office needs.

I completed the Dell Online order & it went through @ $778 instead of $998
The $200 is before tax meaning actual $220 discount
fantastic Thanks

This is a great deal - there is a similar family and friends one running at the moment that gives you $400 off selected laptops

Deal is over. Coupon limit was exceeded. Seems the offer was very popular. Lucky I got in early :)

Scotty I would post the laptop code if I knew it - I do know it exists and is for the high end lappies, but don’t have the code unfortunately :(

This discount code is not working 16th September 2007. I might have to settle for an Acer AL2416 24” at $584. Too bad; I’d happily pay $200 more for the Dell to get its “portrait” alternative + generally better sophistication.

While this promotion is officially over, I rang Dell and asked them if they could offer it to me anyway. I mentioned that the 24” Acer was $584 one place and was $599 (now over) at OfficeWorks. The lady at Dell asked me to scan and email to her the Officeworks advert, which I did. She then got her supervisor to AUTHORISE that I be allowed to purchase the Dell package (inc. headphones & gaming mouse) for the $778.80 special price. Great result except they are now overdue in effecting delivery but presumably that will be fixed soon.
