When you are busy watching some hub or tube on your mobile and need both hands

Pretty much the only practical application this thing has.

Not the only practical thing, I also use it when I'm eating with chopsticks and spoon and both my hands are occupied

I keep mine on the coffee table so that I can prop the phone up whilst gaming whenever I am following a collectible guide or something like that. Super handy little things to keep around, especially for the price.

I will always buy a phone case with stand so i that luxury anytime.

Kinda ironic, the name is cabletime, but you can't charge it while your phone is upright.

Handy for when you're cooking in the kitchen.

    • Is that what the kids are calling it these days?

      • Don't over tenderise the meat

      • Fuxk it, mask off.

    • Exactly if you use your phone as a timer.

Sorry OP I have a couple of these and they are pretty crappy.
They were included in the box with other products, but that's basically what they were just free "extras". Not even worth $3 IMO.

The stand is made from light weight slippery plastic so your phone can topple/slide off it pretty damn easily. It will just barely do the job of holding your phone upright if you keep your hands off it.
Not being able to charge it while using isn't even the problem. Don't expect to "tap" and use your phone at the same time it's just frustrating especially if you have a bigger heavier phone which is the norm these days.

Edit: Upon closer inspection seems like they added a few things from the ones I have, such as angle adjustment and tiny grip pads (not sure how effective they will be, one of the images shows the phone barely making contact with the pads). But expect it to be extremely light weight, like 1/10 the weight of your phone so the main issues I have with it should be the same.
