Waiting for these to get below $200, finally have! Can someone who owns these let me know if they are good for Zoom / MS Teams when connected to a Windows machine?

My alternatives are:

Sony gets a lot of grief for their seconds quality control and customer service, but at $138 delivered, it might be good for some people.
I've just changed from the WF-1000XM4 to the Linkbuds S and am pretty happy - MUCH more comfortable.

    • What specifically was your issue with the WF-1000XM4 fit? I found them too bulky and am wanting to swap but I just don't know if I need to stick to buds with wingtips, still on my Galaxy Buds+ which are showing their age.

The outer ear fit was the problem (not the foam tip)
I couldn't wear them for more than very short periods without them being very uncomfortable

      • Linkbuds S are (or were when the launched) the lightest Bluetooth earbuds on the planet. These are not bulky at all (almost invisible in my ears) and so light I forget about them. I’m happy with them

  • Just check with the Jabra's they work with Windows. I've got two pairs and only one officially work with Windows and the other won't pair. (Off the top of my head I think these are 65t active and 65t elites)

The auto sound control is annoying, once you turn it off they're a great unit. Touch left ear let's sound in or blocks it out. Right ear stop start skip etc. Blocks out almost too much sound, can't hear people next to me in office when they are talking to me. Better to let sound in, in office environment. Or use on ear headphones for more sound leakage.

  • Finally something I can give info on. I’ve been using these for 9 months or so purchased in Japan. Tried the XM4s at the store too but found them to be heavy for what sounded to me to be pretty much the same quality.

These are so lightweight I sometimes forget I have them in. Noise cancellation is noticeably better than AirPods Pro.

Sound quality is more than I need. I think people recommend using the bass boost EQ in the app and I thought I was but just checked and I’m not so it’s no big deal.

The only thing I don’t like is the tap controls, I always accidentally turn off noise cancellation or pause my media.

Basically I think you’ll like them and they are worth $200.
