  • its good and i bought it last week and justify the price. I bought it for 67

    • hey Nickbag, can u comment on the noise level? curious how loud the cheap ones are.

      • +1

Its there but its not that much. You can increase the vol to 80 and you hardly notice it

  • Looks to have been completely claimed - you can join a waitlist for more stock

    • When I listed only 7% claimed .
I guess another bait stock play from them .

      • Shows 11 coupons used for 100%, so not many of them available by the looks.

  • +7

    Misleading title. It's 720p.

    • -3

1080p supported, meaning it can take an input from a 1080p source.

      • +1

Not sure why you got negged, older versions won't play 1080 files. That being said, this is a "720 projector with 1080 support". But when your projected image is 4.5m x 3m the 720 looks fine.
Also uses a lot less (1/3rd) power of big LED TVs (75"+). Well not sure about this one that alleges to have brighter LEDs.

        • +2

Why do you think 720p is going to look fine on such a big screen?

          • +1

            @Jackson: Based on having one.

Projectors basically have a transitional blurr, vs a 4k tv with upscale block looking artefacts.

Terrible for reading small print text. But for movies etc, great.

        • +3

older versions won't play 1080 files

What older versions are you referring to?

"1080p supported" was already being used to mislead people since at least 2014 and back then the resolution was only 480 x 320.

          • -1

@HomeAlone: Not sure what the model is. But the 1080 vids just came out black. Probably a simple codec thing. Don't know.

    • +1

I agree, but at least they haven't buried the 720p native in a list of specs you have to hunt for.

Still … it IS designed to mislead people into thinking it's a 1080p projector.

  • Are the lumens accurate?

    • +3

Nah, if it doesn't state ANSI lumens, they're just pulling the number out of their backside.

  • +3

    720p native

  • +7

Who wouldn't' trust an item that is described as

Three year 100% satisfied : QK03 projector offers every customer a 100% satisfied projector

    • +4

Yes, it’s important not to project your feelings

    • +3

Good to know the projector will be satisfied.

  • Does this one support keystoning?

    • -4

If by that you mean key to thinking it's good is to do with stoning, yeah maybe.

      • I thought I'm asking a valid question. never mind, i don't think it supports keystone correction. not suitable in my use case then.

        • +1

Most should have even my old QKK but very basic manual adjustment.

          • @superforever: Thanks. Also saw other comments regarding 720p output. I think I’ll pass this time, but still a good deal.

        • https://www.amazon.com.au/Projector-Bluetooth-100Screen-Comp… could be a better option. No idea if it's any good but thinking about buying it myself at that price. Although one comment mentions the keystone (and focus) drifting out which will probably be a pain.

  • +1

    Remind me the old QKK

  • I bought one a while ago, so bad it was shipped straight back. So bad it is instant landfill.
