This popular promo is back again!

Dunno what you're doing if you don't already have prime, but hey, could always have another email account!

This is a limited time and targeted offer. Only customers who have either been invited from Amazon or who have clicked through on site marketing whilst signed into their Amazon customer account are eligible to receive $10 off their next purchase of $29 or more on eligible items ("offer") after they sign up to AU Prime. New Zealand customers are not eligible for this offer. For the purpose of these terms and conditions "eligible items" refers to products sold by Amazon AU (look for "ships from and sold by Amazon AU" on the product detail page) on amazon.com.au. Products sold by third-party sellers or other Amazon entities such as through Amazon Global Store (e.g. sold by Amazon US) and products shipped to NZ will not qualify for this offer, even if "fulfilled by Amazon " or "Prime Eligible." Products sold on Amazon.com will not qualify for this offer. This offer does not apply to digital content including subscriptions (e.g. Prime) or Amazon Gift Cards. Shipping charges and taxes may apply to the full value of discounted and free promotional items. To be eligible for the promotion, you must sign up to Prime within the promotion entry period and be a Prime member when redeeming the code. The $10 credit will be available within 24 hours of Prime sign up. Customers must add at least $29 of eligible items to their cart and enter the promo code '10PRIME' at checkout for the discount to be applied. The promotional credit will expire on 23:59 PM (AEST) on 28 April 2023. If you do not add any eligible items to your cart, the offer will not apply. If any of the products or content related to this offer are returned, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the product or content, subject to applicable refund policies. The maximum benefit you may receive from this offer is $10. This offer discount will be allocated proportionally among all eligible promotional items in your order. This offer limited to one per customer and account. The offer is not transferable and may not be resold. This offer cannot be used on pre-existing orders or orders placed with 1-click. If you violate any terms and conditions of the offer, the offer will be invalid, and the discount will not apply. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or code for new customers or Amazon devices. The offer is subject to availability and Amazon reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw the offer at any time at its discretion. Amazon.com.au’s Conditions of Use and Sale apply.

Enjoy!

Where to check in my Amazon app if I am eligible?

  • Does it say the Promo start date anywhere in the T&C's? I can't find it in the copy paste above. Only "Promo credit expires on 23:59 PM (AEST) on 28 April 2023."

I signed up 2 weeks ago, another Free trial but going by other Promo's Free trials are also eligible and qualify as "Joining Prime".

  • Can I cancel my current subscription and rejoin?

  • Guess not stackable with 30-day free trial?

  • I joined Prime last week on a free trial
Can't see this promo when I log in

  • My Prime membership expired yesterday ? can i use this if i renew or join using another email address ?

  • title should have "Targetted offer"

I just join free trial, can't use the code :(

    • You should see the promo being offered to you before you start your Free trial/month of Prime. Otherwise there would be no incentive.

  • New Zealand customers are not eligible for this offer

    Booo

Well this is OZBARGAIN not NZBARGAIN!

      • He needs ChoiceCheapies

  • How do you become targeted?

Open an account but not join Prime and wait for the invitation? or how does this work ?

    • How do you become targeted?

You can't really control if you are targeted or not. That's up to Amazon.

You first need to have a non active Prime subscription, then you have to be offered the promo (the targeted part). Then you will know to get the discount you need to join Prime.

  • Where do you enter the code?

  • Is there an easier way to find "ships from and sold by Amazon AU" items, instead of opening up each item page?
    Thanks

  • 50+ votes but no one else reported it working?…

  • Didn't work for me.

    • What error did you get when you tried to use the code?

      • "The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase."

        Sold by Amazon, over $29.

          Got the same message

Doesn't sound like it will work on existing amazon prime accounts. You need to have a normie account, receive the offer, and then sign up.

    • This has happened to me before. Use the chat for help and they’ll give you $10 credit since the code doesn’t work for you.

    • Were you targeted? Because if not then the code definitely won't work.

    Thanks @Nattiee

Got the $10 credit via live chat. I joined Prime free trial last week and informed the agent Balasai that the code 10PRIME did not work.

Quote: I'm processing the AU$10 promotional credit to your account. This credit will not be visible on your account but directly applied to the next order placed on the items which are sold and shipped by Amazon AU and also for Amazon Fresh orders.

  • Lol, I tried getting the credit on live chat… no dice.

    • Keep trying… I got my credit on the 99th attempt! Which is kind of fortunate, because after 100 attempts they ban your arse for life for being an entitled nuisance. Obviously I was polite at all times, and, after getting my $10 credit, I pushed for an extra $5 for my inconvenience. Thank heavens Amazon finally saw that I was right all along

      • They asked me to share the link of promo? What did u say?

        • +2

I just screamed, “Give me my $10!” But kind of politely (but firmly), and I didn’t add you bastards at the end, even though I was thinking it at the time. Eventually they relented, after adjusting the volume level of their headset. I have no idea why their headsets don’t automatically compensate for volume changes, but Amazon don’t treat their employees as well as I do, I guess

            @tharlow: Thanks, this worked great!
