  • Are there any other low profile arms that are a bit cheaper than this?

    • +2

      I couldn’t find any when I was looking. I think I paid $119.

Can’t fault it. Really great stand (and I’ve had a few).

    • Ulanzi has one - the LS26. Similar form factor and around $68 (incl tax) from Aliexpress. Notably no up-down hinged arm like this one though.

      • So you can't bring it closer to your mouth? The height set is the height set?

This arm is bloody excellent. Solid, smooth use, and an absolute game changer for cleaning up your desk.

I have mine setup so it swings out above my keyboard but under my main monitor. And when its not in use it just swings back and is completely out of the way.

$106 is well worth the price imo.

(Previously used a blue compass, which my camera now rests on and the elgato is the better unit in everyway for a desk mic arm)

  • Picked one up, Should replace my old PSA-1 nicely, Thanks OP

  • Are there any recommended mic mounts? I have a cheap neewer nw700 that is being held by a bent clothes hanger so this would be a good upgrade..

  • Works with Shure MV7 ?

Yes I use one with mine.

      • Thanks!

      • What mount did you end up getting?

  • I am looking to replace my old webcam with an android mobile phone or DSLR camera, I wonder if there is a phone bracket available (that can fit this screw) ?

  • Thanks OP

These are so good. They’re sturdy as (profanity), feel very premium and can hold some good weight.

I’ve tried maybe 5-6 low profile stands. This is probably the best since all the others are either garbage or cost $400 +
