I never really understood why AMD released the 6*50 series' cards. They had a premium on the tag and was only a light overclock difference. I have a sapphire 6700XT nitro and can hit the clocks easily with no extra heat. Anyway….

  i reckon they were released to milk the high pandemic demand. Slightly overclock the 6700, give it a new name and higher msrp. There’s no reason to get this card over a 6700 other than pandemic demand
