  • I'm playing Tales of Arise which is really good.. consequently this is next on my list

Very, very, good game. Have to defeat a secret boss and play through twice to get all the content but it's very good.

  • Great game, finished this recently on the xbox games pass. Vigilante Yuri is best boy.

It was released on Playstation as well (IIRC, the definitive edition with the extra characters was something Playstation had and Xbox360 didn't).

Note for a similar price you can also play a bit of Switch Ni No Kuni: https://www.dekudeals.com/items/ni-no-kuni-wrath-of-the-whit…

It was released on Playstation as well

And it's on PC (including good Steam Deck support) as well for that matter.

Great price for a great game! Be aware it has so much missable content. Eg. You're required to go 3 towns back and speak to some random NPC or you'll miss out on a side quest type of stuff. You'd never be able to 100% this game without a walkthrough. Also combat early is pretty stale, once you get some skills under your belt the game really starts to open up. The protagonist Yuri is one of the best in JRPG history too. Highly recommend.

the thing with most of the tales series, it always starts with fun relax story…which is very enjoyable. And towards the end of the game, it is getting all too serious and boring.

Just be careful with this game. I have it "exclusive" on the x360 and it takes forever to finish with no explanation once the airship opens the world up. I've completed it but i reckon it is around 50 to 60 hours or more. Not recommended if you already have a massive backlog as you won't finish it.

Tales of Xillia is more suitable if you don't have time to play 247

  • This game is epic!
