This thing puts holes in bricks well enough. Much better than a standard hammer drill.

Such a big discount, is this model going to be superseded soon or something?
Seems likely, but it doesn’t really matter. It’ll be replaced with something similar power wise. The battery standard isn’t going anywhere and neither is the drill bit standard so you’re no worse off.
The only downside might be its long design so if you’re looking to drill in tight areas that might be an issue. If you’re drilling down into concrete slabs, this inline design is more comfortable to use.
