Opened the mailbox the other day and an envelope from Atkins which felt a little bulky. Here I was thinking the wife had spent all my money again but I was reliably informed she signed up to the web site and they sent her two bars for nothing, which I'm told are worth $5 or $6. Better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.

I also checked the site and her story checks out.

It only takes about a minute to sign up and here are the requirements:
1- you need to register to their site (username/email/password)
2- you need to give them your address (so they can post you their propaganda)

That's it. Once again it may not appeal to everyone but for those that are interested, enjoy.

    $5-6 for Atkins bars which can be bought for $1.20 each by direct shipping from the US with Iherb or Vitacost.

    So for free I guess you are saving $2.40

    And they are pretty good bars

    For the sake of science, I think I should make 1000 orders or so to truly test the Atkins diet (…and its website) to its limits.

    From preliminary research I anticipate more desirable effects on girth and body density compared with Dr. Jacks' contemporary "Whopper diet".
