$1 per month for the phone available if you want to offer some more money to optus for 12 months more (36 months total).
Seen a few of these $1 type deals posted before so thought I'd post one.
Probably can be of use for anyone who uses Optus, likes to use Optus, or maybe can get their phone cost covered by allowances from work.
Unfortunately, you can't get into it and then leave early as they'll charge the full price of the phone.
Cheapest plan $49 for 30GB has unlimited data at 1.5mbps when you finish the data so could be of use to those around here who use this sort of thing as a cheap alternative to home internet, getting an extra phone with their internet for only $36.

  What's with the influx of Optus deals atm? You're paying $50/month for a mid-range phone for 3 years.

  None of this $1 phone marketing bullshit you're locking yourself into paying $1800 for a phone only worth $500 new now, let alone in 3 years.

  As per your last comment OP, you can get way cheaper data plans than $49/30GB (eg circles.life is $10/30GB) which will save you a lot more than a mid-range phone you still have to pay for and isn't really needed.

  If you called them, they will give you 50% discount on sim plan and phone for $1.5 for 24 months. Looks a great deal. Just connected with them.
