Absolutely useless support. Phone just rings out, no one answers emails, if you create a support ticket through the website it just gets closed a couple of weeks later.

I had to file a credit card dispute in the end to get a refund, despite that they emailed me saying they'd do a refund.

    • Dear Freefall101
I’m sorry you were unable to get through today.

We do have a number of staff on phones but it can get busy at certain times of the day.

Pls email me your number and email address and I will arrange a prompt callback today or tomorrow. My email address is [email protected]

      Thanks

I've already filed a credit card dispute and gotten a refund, I'm good.

However I would like to make it clear that this wasn't just busy staff (you could also use an answering machine and call people back, you know), for anyone who wants to know.

I was sent an order with missing items with no explanation. Then when I contacted Sove, I was told it was on backorder and I could have a refund. After sending 3 emails about the refund (and trying to call), I was told the item was already sent and I'd have to post it back to get a refund. Then once I posted it back (at my own expense) I didn't get any communications at all.

I heard literally nothing for 4 weeks after being told I had to send it back. I called, emailed, raised tickets in your system, all I ever got was "your ticket has now been closed" emails and no one ever tried to call me. I should have gone the credit card dispute much sooner.

  • Does anyone know how often you can claim a new CPAP machine on PHI?

    • Depends on your insurer. Bupa is once every 24 months.

    • Medibank private, every 5 years. $500.

No need for sleep study and GP referral letter, I confirmed the other day. Just make sure you state in the claim its for the second machine.

Im currently shopping for a second machine. Just confirmed with medibank private the other day.

      • Thanks, I'm with medibank, 5 years kind of sucks.
