75" QN800A Neo QLED 8K Smart TV (2021) QA75QN800AWXXY 50% OFF RRP, $2,499.50 only via Samsung education store.

Personal note, Samsung store deliveries mileage may vary drastically, I had some bad experiences this year with their Ebay outlet.

  • How about the 85”?
Sorry don’t have access to this portal.

    • No problem, only this 75 is on sale

      • Thanks. Was in the market for a 85”

Hey mate, how did you go with your Q90B. I have a QN800A and the backlight uniformity is so obvious… I can basically tell the 14 vertical zones of backlight….

decent TV. went to QN800A over this considering the life span of OLED and main use as a monitor. However the QN800A picture was no where close and the connection issues/ panel was just a nightmare….
Switched back to 55 C1 and hasn't regreted yet., works pretty well..

        • thanks for that, was tempted on this panel but rather wait for LG C1 or C2 deal, as its primary will be for PC gaming.

    • It's an A series TV (2021 as mentioned above), so been sitting gathering dust in a warehouse somewhere for a while I'd say. Not unusual for Samsung to offer big discounts on older stock through the partner portals or their members app.

    • Samsung edu store & epp stores are always discounting. It should be noted this is a 2021 model also and 8k is not really a thing at the moment with limited to no content available, so it probably hasn't taken off as much as they'd hoped.

  • Same for Samsung Employee Partnership site. Only 75" is on sale though.

    • same deals on both sites?

I hope the customer service is better than the Samsung Ebay store…almost 4 months later and virtually nobody received their TVs from that sale back in early Feb..still trying to get my money back after over a dozen long call centre interactions with Samsung…

    After that experience I wouldn't touch them with a 2KM pole…

don't buy these… terrible quality control and even worse customer service (replaced my sub-optimal panel with a B-level faulty panel….

maybe the top end 900 series could be better but these 800 series have cut too many cornors…

I had ordered 75inch TV directly from Samsung, didn't get delivered for 2 months, order cancelled but still waiting for refund (almost 4 months) now. So, I wouldn't buy it online, if you really want a TV get it from local.

Mine has been six months. Nothing ever delivered. I just cancelled this week. Now they send me an email asking when they can pick it up! 🙄

They reckon I will get the refund in two weeks but I will believe that when I see it.

    • … Gotta love the invisible TV of imagination

ah.. these apps fell off the map pretty quickly.

    • Lol same with me.

TV was never delivered after 3 months, then I cancelled via ebay, got my refund and courier arrived at working asking to pick up a TV because the sold thr imaginary TV to someone else.

I tried to neg my own post but cant

Bought the QN800b 85'' for $2800 (display model) - Really happy with the purchase. Also got the 75'' The frame (2022) for $1670 and i much prefer the QN800B
