No display models in Telstra, staff membered claimed it was due to the injuction, and the phone is marked end of line in their systems, he suggested there might be a "nexus 2" soon.

  Rumours are that the nexus 2 will be released in November; this is probably the reason this phone is 'end of line'. Personally im going to hold out till then to get either this one for even cheaper or the new one which will most likely be a quad core with tegra 3, like the Nexus 7 tablet.

Bought one from Kogan earlier today, need in by Tuesday. Hopefully they have local stock and aren't express drop shipping, or if they are, hopefully Telstra is full of BS as usual.

      EDIT: fixed incorrect wording, as below. Doesn't take $10 off my cart when I have HTC One S and One X in it, so assuming its only for the particular phone and not site wide.

  I am not actually asking but rather I am saying isn't this just the same deal that Kogan had last time with free shipping? They are just playing with the shipping and product figures, the total is still the same and hasn't reduced. They had $378 (or $379?) last time with free shipping.
