  probably fine as long as the packaging is not broken and is still airtight. the noodles would've gone stale over time, but the preservatives in it is pretty strong, so no mould should be able to grow.

    Most foods have a best-before date. You can still eat foods for a while after the best-before date as they should be safe but they may have lost some quality.

Normally instant noodle past over 6 months from its manufactured date, it taste like bad oil.
