I'm after an S23+ sometime before December 2023 and looking for the best deal.
Should I look at the current 30% at Education Store? Or wait for EOFY sales? Or wait until the Black Friday deals in Nov? Or anything else?
Also willing to consider phone with 12 or 24 month mobile deal provided it's not more than $300 over outright price of phone.

then you look at that deal, and go from there

Negotiated the price down further on live chat as amazon had it listed $15 cheaper. Had to buy the extremely average case though to get that discount, but it was only $20.
Paid the balance with 10% off gift cards. All up out of pocket ~$1030 and kept my old phone.
if you are going to wait until end of the year, you might as well wait until February for S24 (S23 will be cheaper also)
