I bought this TV from Amazon for the same price about a month ago.

Tuner isn't great, strugling to pickup GO and ONE, and quality isn't the best (probably the brand) however a decent buy for the price.

  I guess it's not the TV,,it's your reception. If the tuner is faulty you won't get any single channel at all.

Last year i got a 32" lcd not full hd btw, with built in dvd player on Clarence at ALDI for $279 but its been very good tv though no complaints (except for the one broken pixel which is basically unnoticed)

  HD means High Definition. Meaning, you can get digital channels without using set top box anymore but you still need to get an aerial antenna
