"An utterly delicious Langhorne Creek Shiraz from a very fine vintage. The colour is a vibrant, opaque purple. The nose gives us plums, hints of licorice, cold tea and dry herbs, with the region’s typical chocolate. There is a plushness here, which is thoroughly appealing. Surprising complexity for a wine at this level. There are fine but firm tannins. Good concentration and intensity with a lingering and extremely persistent finish. Great value.
