    Does anyone know what the difference is between this, Sentinel and Nexguard? they all seem to target the same thing - comprehensive worm and flea treatment.

      This is a liquid applied to the back of the dogs neck under the collar. I couldn’t tell you the differences specifically as I haven’t used Sentinel or Nexguard.

          Yes. Nexguard spectra covers everything. Changed to Nexguard when my vet showed me the comparison chart against all the other brands.

        It doesnt apply as easily. Squeezing the bottle etc can be a little tricky and get it on my hands occasionly. But was tired of stocking up on Advocate and it getting close to expiry as i only use it every 2-3 months, not monthly

          but what is the science behind them, i thought the tablet will have better effect ? i mean that drop is just one small area, tablet can go through the whole body..

    Personally I've moved away from Nexgard Spectra as I don't see the point in drugging my dogs for flea prevention unnecessarily, if they do ever get fleas then I will treat it then, it's not a serious concern for me.
