28% off Whey Protein Bundle (3x 500g + Free Shaker) $107.75 Delivered @ Far East Alchemy

51

Looks like Far East Alchemy are having a 3rd birthday sale. Lots of unique boba tea inspired protein flavours.

Flavours are pretty unique compared to the cheaper bulk protein suppliers could be worth a shot if you are looking for something different after your workouts.

Have purchased from them before and found them to taste pretty similar to real boba tea. Looks like there are other things at various discounts on their site too.

Site says they use WPI so at their current discount it's not that far off places like Bulk Nutrients WPI, defs can find cheaper protein out there but the flavours are unique, like I mentioned in the post, could be worth it for someone who is looking for something different. I tried them because I was sick of the boring standard flavours like chocolate/vanilla/strawberry etc and was pretty happy with the taste but each to their own :)

Mate some of the flavours are <70% protein by mass so don't compare it to other WPI products. If you're associated with the company please tick the box to make it clear to others.

I'm not, I just liked the protein when I tried and saw they had a sale, so I posted it, didn't intend to offend you or anything. Sorry mate.

Thanks for posting us up on Ozbargain and for sharing your thoughts!

To clear things up, our proteins are protein blends, not just WPI, and often the protein % is lower than products that just use a small flavouring component, as we use a large quantity of real, high quality tea to achieve an authentic taste and texture (such as matcha, sourced from japan).

Our goal isn't to create the most affordable or highest Protein by mass whey protein, but rather to create the products that truly taste like what they're meant to be, using real flavours and teas, where they can actually be viable, healthy alternatives for people who regularly drink bubble tea, that also serves as a proper protein supplement.

If that's not for you and you're after the most affordable protein out there regardless of what it tastes like, that's totally ok!

But if you're after some tasty af protein, our current sale is one of the best yet.

          Cheers
          Alric

advice for future posts, you should have posted their 2x 1kg bundle which makes the price significantly more pallatable

Is this 1.5kg of WPC for $108? WOW

  • I’d love to try them, but they’re so overpriced. Not even WPI! I’ll stick with Amino Z, which I’m loving so far.

I rather pay 2-3x for this than AminoZ. AminoZ is mostly dead last in terms of flavour out of my list of 30+ protein powders I’ve tried. If it’s something you look forward to drink rather than dread of drinking, I think it’s worth paying a premium.
