Thanks mate. I'm upgrading from a samsung 50" with this win. The "blacks" are not the same on this hisense tv, bit grey and underwelming, but so far a great experience on everything else. Its a very snappy tv with lots of bells and whistles. I'm a happy camper.
I was a bit sceptical too on how it works. They have been in contact since the win and plenty of comunication in what i need to do. They have given me two weeks to review (or i assume they send you the bill instead as per T&C).
