Got a pair for the Mrs since she dropped the last two pairs I got her, which were over $100. Does the job but do they sound terrible? Yes

  • Last cheap $30 Xiaomi earbuds I got, plugged the box to charge it in a usb car charger and it stopped working immediately.

Luckily, it didn't damage your car!

    • My car killed a couple phones… Turned put to be an electric fault.

    • Had same experience with the free Lenovo ones with a phone, meant to be worth $100
One ear never worked after first charge.

      • They are all junk. Get a proper branded ones. Reviewers on these cheap earbuds don't do longevity tests. You will end up spending $100 buying multiples on these cheap rubbish $30 ones that don't last anyway.

Would not recommend unless you only expect them to last a year. Constant disconnecting issues too. Have moved onto a hand me down pair of Samsung buds which are shit loads better. Yes, i know the price is 8x

QCY-T13 are awesome for $25. I have had them for over 3 months and still loving them. I had a pair of Apple 3rd gen, which I sold without using and have Freebuds 4i sitting in the cupboard, but haven’t bothered to try even - probably up for sale soon.

    • I've had a couple of different QCY buds and they were okay, but I'd recommend TOZO A1, which are the best I've tried in this price range.

    • QCY-T13, agreed, they are pretty good bang-for-buck (key items for me are the clear audio (not too muddy/bassy) and good call mic quality).

According to camel3x, it has come down to about $25 3-4 times in the last 6 months on Amazon. In light of the upcoming Prime Day sales, I anticipate these QCY-T13 may come back down for a dip into the $25 region again.

      • How's it for phonecalls

        • +1

Yes, it is good for phone calls. The mics pick up my voice quite well and it has tech (ENC?) that helps supress background noise (i.e. the person on the other side of the phone call will not hear as much of your surroundings).

There are a couple of audio clips on YouTube reviews that help reflect the supression and ramp down of the background noise, have a listen to:

Since it has a silicone tip/seal around your ear, with the right fit, hearing the phone calls were okay too.

    • My QCY-T13s have just failed me after about 6 months fwiw

My QCY-T13 are running great after 8 months and sound surprisingly great, regardless of the low price. So far they’re a big recommend from me.

    • My QCY13s not so great, left side refuses to charge. Right side is good though!

  • How is the price on this one apparently better? Do you guys reckon its a knock-off?

  • Bought some in the last deal and they've already stopped charging. Messaged them on eBay and they said they'll ship out a replacement last week. Haven't received them yet.
