Hi guys,
Logitechshop are doing the Logitech Speaker System Z623 speakers for $129.00 and free delivery. Link of this bargain navigates to this product.
I'm using this 2.1 set up at the moment for multimedia and Digital DJ: they're working a treat.
The cheapest price other than this was $146 (without shipping factored in) at GreenBoxIT.
See the StaticIce search here: http://www.staticice.com.au/cgi-bin/search.cgi?q=Z623&spos=3
Logitech Shop are also offering the Logitech Z506 5.1 Surround Sound System for $75 + Free Shipping.
Link is here: http://www.logitechshop.com.au/logitech-z506.html
Seems like an affordable option for somebody wanting to arrange a cost effective surround sound set-up.
Cheapest on StaticIce is $72 (http://www.staticice.com.au/cgi-bin/search.cgi?q=Logitech+Z5...).
However, adding $3 on to this cheap price for shipping isn't bad, as the comparable shipping service from GreenBox IT would cost $15 - $20 extra.

Well worth it - made everything better.

You'd might get better sound from Swan M10s instead of these + sound card.

The people have spoken, and they say "Meh".

-1 voteWell here are the technical specs for the Z5500s.
http://reviews.cnet.com/pc-speakers/logitech-z-5500/4507-317...
If you're comparing this Z5500 5.1 system with the Z506s, then you can just weigh up the specs against eachother. That is.
Z506 VS Z5500
75 watts vs 505 watts Standard
150 watts vs 1010 watts Peak
45 Hz–20 kHz vs 30Hz-20kHz Response Freq
$75 vs $388.30 + Shipping (http://www.staticice.com.au/cgi-bin/search.cgi?q=z5500&spos=...)

+2 votesHi Guys
Can I please ask a quick question? I have a LG 47" TV but I am not happy with the sound. I am looking for a 2.1 speaker within the budget of $80-100. I was planning for the Altec Lansing vs2621. Anybody has any experience with it - esp connecting to the TV? This logitech offer is tempting as well :)
Thanks in advance…… :)
