      Not yet, the merger deadline has been extended. Microsoft and Activision Blizzard don't want to go for the nuclear option. Instead, they prefer to work with UK's CMA to address its concerns. The merger should happen soon.

      This "delay" in the merger is kinda a blessing for Microsoft in terms of Diablo 4. Blizzard prefer to milk customers on sell Diablo 4 so having it on GamePass this early would upset a lot of people.

  I like how there are still people playing and lobby sessions for really good free items people give away
