    I'm holding out till the end of the month when Sony's competitor comes out. I like the idea of using my phone to control the device over wifi and also frame up shots. Super slow mo 120fps at 720p is also appealing.

    Just letting people know about it here so they can decide to wait and see what reviewers say if they wish.
    US$200 OR US$270 with wifi.

      Bloody idiots. why upload 720p footage for a 1080p cam. Even their exclusive preview has so much 720 and 1080p mixed. Any one rekon its better than the gopro?

        Obviously having the wifi built in is better, I can see that being very useful for myself. I'm of the belief that the video will be as good as the gopro. I'm curious about the side head mount though, I'm guessing you can't shoot with field of view at 170 otherwise you'll just get a lot of your head.

        I find it disappointing the headband accessory is for the camera without the waterproof casing. I would rather keep the camera protected. Your alternative is another fitting that will attach to your own strap, like those on ski goggles etc. The gopro headband is the winner here for me.

    Any views on whether the extra money to buy from Kogan ($29 shipping to Melbourne) would be worthwhile just in case there is a warranty issue? This deal is shipped from Hong Kong and I don't know what their international warranty is like, while Kogan mentions an Australian warranty. I know it's a subjective thing, but interested in views.

      Its an Australian warranty provided by Kogan (just to add this note in, Kogan is till selling the international products)
