  I'm sad there's no love here for the Sunbeam Cafe Series machines….they also have a 58mm portafilter. Didn't even get an honorable mention. ☹️

      Yep, i think so. Just double check the specs on the sunbeam website, but I'm almost certain it has the 58 mm.

      I use 2 normcore 58.5mm tampers in my Cafe series 2. I am not sure how much of a difference the .5mm makes but i would not want any coffee coming up the sides as it won't be totally flat once tamped.

  58mm but not suitable for e61 machines. Bizarre as e61 is 58mm.

    Maybe because the Breville 58mm filters are actually about 58.5mm, so a guess is these are a smidge over spe?. Maybe the e61 is bang on 58mm so would be too tight?

    All just wild speculation.

      E61describes a style of grouphead. My ECM technika has an E61 and 58.5mm tamper is perfect.

        It's pretty rare to find an e61 that isn't 58mm though, after all its the original Faema standard.

    I originally read the description as such, however if you remove all the words in parenthesis I think E61 is meant to be in the list of what is supported:

  La pavoni is technically incorrect. You/they are probably referencing the lever la pavonis such as expo or europiccola.
  It works on e61 and that doesn't even matter as the group head /shower screen is irrelevant

  I have the 54mm for my Barista Express. Gets used at least twice daily and takes all the guesswork out of tamping. Super worth it!

  I have one of these for my Breville machine and it is fantastic.
