  • I doubt they'll honour it like DELL!! direct link works but click on the buy 1 get 1 free link again, you only end up with craps

    • Think DELL just started an online shop frency to scam a deal for free advertising, good or bad, doesn't matter as long as their name is heard. just like COTD.

    • They won't honor it because they didn't offer it.

  • Yes same here. Plus when you put something from your link in cart it does not add the free item.

  • Maybe we can sue Dell for causing psychological damage as we are unable to trust any other online deals.

  • They charge you double postage too. So you may get one free but you still pay full postage for it.

  • Anyone know if this is for real, or just another mistake

  • this company is too stingy to lower their exorbitant shipping of $18-$25 and yet you expect them to give you LCD for free ?????

  • Hey,

Some of these items don't show 'get one free' as the promotion!

They should honour them as they list an extra one as the promotion - that can't be an accident.

It can be that the 10.4 LCD phtoframe/the Vista Acer Notebook (and a few other items) are listed - don't show a second item under the promotion box.

As a little side light, I could see these LG 42" units being remaindered and sold - they don't have a tuner built in and this is becoming a bit standard lately.

    EDIT:
I think this is a bodge, after looking at it again. They really need to unscrew their site - and their postage rates.

  • http://www.shoppingsquare.com.au/category.php?mode=promotion… is the real url for by one get one free stuff. Just because you modified a URL for another product listing page to make it display the words "buy one get one free" does not make it an offer on their part.

    Lame.

  • would be a good deal but I had enough trying to get my Dell (still trying).
it looks like shops can advertise whatever they want and then refer to it as a "technical error".

  • not wking

  • Damn, I was hoping to get two of those 500GB Multimedia Players for that price. But whenever I click on more information, its got some alternative special for it:
    Promotional Offer

$299 - 500GB HD Media Player with HDMI

I think Shopping Square was dodge with the Promo offers!
