Was purchasing some gift cards and noticed this challenge in the app.

At time of posting there is 311 participants.

Limited to 1,500 rewards.

Terms and conditions

• Receive $5 bonus Cashback from ShopBack when you spend $20 or more in one or across multiple transactions via the gift card portal in the ShopBack app using an eligible Westpac card ($20 or more must be charged to your card to qualify) between 1st August 2023 12.00am AEST and 31st August 2023 11.59pm AEST (unless the offer is modified, extended or terminated prior).
• Eligible Westpac cards can be found here.
• Gift card purchases made using Apple Pay may take up to 14 days to be tracked. For best experience, pay using a card that is linked directly to your ShopBack account.
• You will need to ensure you opt-in to the challenge and only purchases made after you ‘Start’ this challenge will qualify for the $5 bonus Cashback.
• Limited redemptions are available for the offer.
• ShopBack In-Store voucher purchases are excluded from this offer.
• Bonus is limited to one per ShopBack account. Additional transactions do not qualify for additional bonuses.
• The $5 bonus Cashback is in addition to the regular Cashback you’ll receive for buying a Gift Card via the ShopBack app.
• This bonus will be added to your ShopBack account within 48 hours of making an eligible transaction.
• Cashback will be forfeited if any fraudulent activity is detected (or there is reasonable suspicion of such activity) on, or arising out of, your ShopBack account, or if your order is cancelled.
• ShopBack reserves the right to amend or withdraw the terms and conditions and terminate the offers at any time without prior notice.

  @tightarse @minita … it looks like westpac is killing all competition from ANZ with westpac specific offers … ! I can't personally use shopback and there isn't anything interesting coming up for anz customer as well from cashrewards … !

      I know… Anz is way old style bank when it comes to innovation….and that is why they wasting money in fighting in tribunal even after ACCC declined takeover of Suncorp … !

      Westpac is probably going to get better results if more people shift to Westpac credit card due to this on going offers from shopback… !

      I deleted my cash rewards account long ago and was purely using shopback but now there isn'tuch I can use as their offers are more Westpac targeted.. !!

      I own shares in ANZ and Westpac so doesn't really matter which one wins but it would be good if ANZ don't get Suncorp takeover approval… !

    No - you can only link your card on one ShopBack account.
