    Yeah I’m keen to know too. That recipe sounds good but I’ve no MSG nor Chinese parsley and I don’t know what “cilipadi” is.

    I’ve done basic roast duck a number of times and a bit sick of it so, want to know a few good Asian recipes.

      You can subtitute MSG with chicken stock powder (or duck stock if any, I prefer beef stock), chinese parsley is coriander, and cilipadi are small chillies that asian people usually eat it raw (not sure if there are any around in oz, never see one), thai chilli might be the used for subtitute, just be aware it really spicy.

  Coles Burwood has a lot of it in Asian section.
  I never seen the fridge full of "luv a duck" when it is on discount, until today.
  Bought one and it is 2.1kg. Never had a chance to buy it before, so I though the price was per kg instead of per item.
  It is cheaper compare to Coles duck with the regular price $9/kg.
