I think these promotions for 'new customers only' are a slap in the face for existing customers.
I used to be a regular MenuLog customers but when I felt my custom wasn't valued, I went elsewhere. I have since done the same with Delivery Hero.
Don't these operators know that it is cheaper to retain and satisfy existing customers than gaining new ones?
Excluding existing customers in these offers isn't a good idea, guys.

I have contacted them about the discrepancy in the listing.

They dont really seem to care too much about customer care and all they said was that i should have read the listing.
Yet it also says 'Credit is also valid towards Menulog's wide range of special offers and discounts for individual restaurants.' How can both be right?
I would suggest contacting Our Deal for further clarification and/or refund.
