Anyone know how to get targeted deals on your account again? They just dropped off awhile ago. I remember getting targeted deals twice a week before that

Does this not include an extra cheeseburger? One of my accounts has a $4 small cheeseburger meal + extra cheeseburger, and even that I consider barely worth (I value each of the items at max $1 each).
