go to a hospital or a charity store and buy it there =)
not sure if its cheaper.. but it wouldnt be more expensive.. also the charity would benefit from this =)

You won't find it cheaper because the sellers pay approx $50 and sell it at $65 to make their profit for and it is a SET retail price

You won't find it cheaper than that, as suggested above buy from a seller at a Hospital or charity as the small profit made should go to a worthwhile cause.

Seriously though, you'll easily get the $65 back in savings if you use the card often.

As caro mentioned $65 is a set price. All organisations have to sell it that. The book does get discounted to about $60 after halfway through the year at-least it did last year.
