Hi guys, i just noticed on The Men's Shop are having 40% off Van Heusen shirts, suits, underwear, everything! (Note: 40% off does not mean that they chop off 40% of the clothing, but rather the price is reduced by 40%!

As is always the case, two of my groomsmen bought their Tux shirts from there last night and didn't get the saving. :(

    ive bought Van Heusen shop from The Mens Shop online (when it was 4 shirts for $100)
    1) Great shirts, perfect fit and good quality material
    2) I recommend the Mens Shop - fast shipping, and they even put pride into their packaging :)

      totally agree on the pride of packaging, when i got my shirts in the delivery post bag i took out the shirts (still in tissue paper wrapping) neatly placed it into "The Men Shop Paper Bag" that came was folder along with the shirts. Placed the bag under my desk and left it til i finished work to give myself a nice neat surprise at the end of the day. I kinda did felt like i wrapped my own present thou… True story.

    Just curious, if an item is listed as "Suit" and not "Suit Jacket", does it mean it includes trousers?

    The shirts are all still mostly at $41.95. I bought a load at the last Myer sale for $25 each.

    Also picked up 6 at Dimmeys last weekend at $20 each.

        They are exactly the same as those I got from Myer. I lost 11kg and have to replace all my work shirts three sizes smaller. Dimmeys was a godsend!

    has anyone else realised, when you click on the 40% deal banner on the Mens Shop site, the man modelling for Van Heusen looks like he's fallen off a building ledge?

    Even the front page, another one for Van Heusen looks like he's about to be shot into Orbit.

    Which idiot in Marketing approves these ads? there are a million poses you can have to model a suit.
    if anything, those pics turns me off buying their clothes.

    good deals. Thanks for the post. I missed the 4 for 100$ deal a little while back. One observation: I have noticed that the Van Heusen shirts in Australia seems like a thinner or lower quality material than the stuff I used to get back in US/Canada.

      Cool! I thought it was just me. I've noticed that fabrics at a particular price point do not feel … "substantial" enough.
