      No. It's all touch sensitive "buttons" on the top panel.
      Just use the Philips app to turn on/off or create schedules.

      Depending on what you mean by "mechanical": it has a buttons on the purifier, you can control it fully without the app. The app isn't needed at all if you don't want it.

      But the buttons are touch sensitive, not mechanical switches.

    Thank you for posting. I was looking for one today - Samsung looked flimsy, overly large and no 360 degree coverage and the Breville also looked average with 50-80m2 coverage.
