    Not worth getting.

The sugar-free varieties taste awful when they get close to the best before date.

This is true, I stopped buying the larger boxes of cans after a couple of times of buyin the 24 pack of coke no sugar, only to have the flavour completely go off before the expiry date (months before), i spoke to a friend who was working for coke at the time and he told me its a known issue but coke isnt worried about fixing it, as it just means people have to throw them away and buy more quicker, increases their sales.

Feels a bit misleading if the product expires before the expiry date, dunno how you argue that one but they shouldn't be allowed to do that.

it doesn't expire. it's still ok to drink, but tastes off. It gets a sour aftertaste and loses some of it's sweetness…

          • @jv: yeah, it tastes almost like soda water as the flavouring part is gone. Although i find most people get too scared at that point to even drink it as they think they will get sick from it.

          • @jv: I would consider that expiring though, if it no longer tastes like it is intended to.
