http://www.partition-tool.com/easeus-help.htmI personally use MiniTool Partition Wizard as my Windows based partition manager and it works really well for me. I've been using it for years:

Correct comment(s). Yes they did offer the free version and you could've created your own WinPE BootCD, providing that you had installed WAIK. With the recent changes (Microsoft), EaseUs as well as lots of other software developing companies have stopped offering WinPE BootCD, due to redistributable license. Yes, Partition Wizard is a great tool as well. Last time I checked it out (about 2~3 weeks ago) it had issues with Win7 x64. Resizing and merging partitions resulted in corrupted boot sector. Each to their own, as long as it does the job, it makes no difference to me whether is this or that software, OS …

Hey CueBirdy, how did Mini Tool fail? For me it has always worked fine but the Rep also said it failed them.
Not sure if it has a common problem or not. In the past I used version 6 but their newer version is out and I just installed it which I fear might be the problem version now.

Minitool (latest version from their website) did not work on Windows 8, there was some error message when trying to run it. But EaseUS worked fine on Windows 8.
Although Windows 8 is not officially released yet, the preview version had been around for half a year, any company that has not made their software compatible with it by now is just plain sloppy.
+2 votesUPDATE: After 9 hours of posting the Giveaway we got around 2000 clicks and over 50GB of data transfer. I have provided temporary links for download, but it appears that the high traffic caused the links to be inactive. I have emailed EaseUs and waiting on response from them. As soon as they provide me with hosting link I will update the blog post. Thank you for participating and your patience. Stay tuned!
MODS: if the post needs to be marked as expired, please advise.
