ok, some reviews claim that they do not get the actual size and speed. The size itself is very close to a 10k one. Why don't you do some test with your phone to charge from close to nothing to full - better test if your phone is turned off - let us know what's your device and how many times you can recharge your device.

Mine still works fine, stays cool to warm and surprisingly holds charge like new.
My use habits are down to 30% once a week and mostly use regular charge not the fast charge.
I am in very need of another 20000mAh powerbank for camping, but I have learned a valuable lesson: Powerbanks only from very trusted brands, I just go for Cygnett or belkin. I have a belkin 20000mAh for about 5 years and still going strong. All chinese powerbanks I had did not last over 6 months.
How is your experience with this one, OP?
