Picked up one of these the other day, upgraded from my regular X2 and it feels really good to use.

I'd happily pay a few dollars more for next day shipping and ease of return

I wish they have the usb on the left side like the non pro version so it can fit samsung fold devices properly!

However, this is the only version with analogue triggers…

  • Does anyone have this? The reviews seem mostly positive but a few dodgy ones… Wonder if they are for the exact same version?

Got one the other day, really comfy and feels fairly premium. Ergonomics are good and buttons are responsive

      • Thanks for that! Might have to get one :)

      • One of the reviews mentioned having to download and install some dodgy app that the play store has warnings about, have you had to do this?

        • I've got the app downloaded but haven't tried it without the app. Wasn't necessary for the X2 Bluetooth version that I used previously though, I'll try uninstall it and see if it works tomorrow.

The app itself isn't the best but it's fine for what it is. I haven't had any issues with it, I haven't allowed many permissions for it which some reviews complain about and the app still works properly.

        • Hey, sorry for the delay but uninstalled the app and the gamepad still works.

    • I reckon it's very solid. Comfortable, plug-n-play, adjustable button layout, has clickable sticks, and analog triggers.
I was worried about the china software, but I just install it to update the firmware and uninstall it again, it's not too bad. I appreciate that it works with my thin phone case too.

Was just about to take the plunge on this for my iPhone 15 Pro Max, but then stumbled on this reddit post and some people have confirmed this doesn’t work.

Is a shame, it really looked like a great alternative to Backbone One for iPhone users.

    • Hopefully they'll update the firmware for compatibility, but who knows. They could just release a new model :(

  • Price has gone up to $111!

    • There's a sale going on at Amazon 10-11 of October, hopefully it goes back down again!
