Any Deals for Sending Express Envelope to Europe?

I used DHL last time and it cost me $85.

I need the envelope to be in Europe within 6 business days.

  That will be fun going through customs with an envelope belonging to someone else with unknown contents. I still say go for it.

Pack&Send - cost about $47.
They use DHL and it takes about 2-3 days to Europe.
You need to use your envelope and print DHL shipping labels by yourself.
BTW. Do not seal the envelope as the courier will check at the pickup if you don't send any money etc.

  That's cheap. Last time I paid $85 for an A4 envelope.
