  • can it be used to charge phones and such?

    • No

    • No, it's a proprietary charging system for Logitech mice.

Not exactly easy to find out what mice are compatible with it, had to head to the logitech website to find any information. Even then they don't have an exhaustive list.

    'G703, G903, G502 LIGHTSPEED, G502 X LIGHTSPEED, G502 X PLUS, PRO Wireless, PRO X Superlight and more.'

Any serious gamer would find that mouse mat way too small

    • 37x35cm is plenty adequate, plenty of pros play on similar sized pads like the various glasspads. 'Serious' gamers just don't use big brand mousepads since they're not all that great. Or you can do what others do and just put this under your main pad of choice, best of both worlds.

  • I've had one of these to use with my G903 for a few years (2 sets of button switches & 1 battery replacement later) & the only issue I've had with it is, when nothing is being actively played, a thrub-thrub sound coming through my ancient but very reliable Z-5500 speakers. I attributed this to the wireless signal between the mouse & pad and was especially noticeable if I lifted the mouse a couple of centimeters from the pad surface.

Other than that, the size of the pad is great and the charging function still works with a deskpad even though you have to remove the included mousepad from the charging base.

  • Anyone who has one, do you find it to be worthwhile?

I'd always thought about getting one but found it too expensive to justify.

Currently using their standard hard mouse surface and purchased a $20 Qi puck for the mouse. Works well enough if I remember to put the mouse on the Qi pad every now and then. Is the built in Lightspeed receiver enough to justify the extra?

    • I purchased for basically the same price about 2 years ago and have found it worthwhile. One less thing to remember to charge and well-sized.

Only gripe that I had was that the hard surface that was included in the box has pretty rough edges that scraped against my arm if I used it. Don't know if they changed it, or if I just received a faulty one.

    • had it for about 5 years, spent $130ish back in the day. Been leaving it on the desk and never worried about charging the mouse, to me it well worth the money spent. I also like the extra receiver built into the mat which I could plug the default receiver into a different laptop, both are paired and I only need to unplug one to use the other.
one downside is that this mouse pad seems to be always powered, it creates interference when a different mouse is used, ie my MX master 3, though I kinda using it to my advantage at the moment cause it stops Teams going into 'Away' status since the pointer is always shaking due to the interference, you know, people think I'm always at my desk ;)

      • aha, same here, using MX Master 3 on this mouse pad, and the cursor keeps flicking, now I know I am not alone. Never realised it makes Teams online all the time, great for WFH :) :)
