was looking for a hammer. Stumbled upon this.

    • It is pretty cool they still go through the same testing as their old candybar phones did.
And these rugged models even more!

One of my relatives is a welder; and I can vouch for the brands resilience in what I can only describe as HELL for an electronic device that relies on capacitive touch, and moving magnets to do its primary job.

    • Hammer it and see how rock solid it is, yet still over 250 bucks.

      That's what she said!

  • Crap specs but decent software support I guess. I'd go for a Doogee personally myself.

HMD are dead in the arse so I'd expect software updates til the end of this models life cycle and then you'd have to look for another brand to jump to.

    • Doogee

Good luck with these China import faulty, non responsive and super slow phones.

      • Super slow not so much these days.

Been using Xiaomi as my main phone and tablets since 2016. Never had any issues and saved hundreds and hundreds of dollars.

        Sucks to be you.

        • Sucks to be you

Sucks to be an ignorant troll but you don't care.
You talked about Doogee trash which came out of the mouth of an ignorant troll.

      • Reading wrong article.

They're jettisoning and gonna release phones under their own brand in a year or two, bringing the Nokia agreement to an end. Profits have been going down in financial reports so makes sense.

        • I didnt see another article sorry, which one were you referring to?

HMD Global have even recently announced new phones under their own name; they sound far from "dead".

  • Pet resistant 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Ill never give up my MotoActions for camera and torch.

  • This or the poco x5 pro?

  • This phone was released in August of 2021.

That means the 4 years of monthly security updates will run out August 2025

Moto g54 still has 3 years security updates cheaper and newer.
